  Had the pleasure of meeting Saul Levy when he was covering at my local Medivet in Muswell Hill at the beginning of June. This was my 3rd visit to Medivet since joining their PetPlan to which I'd mentioned an issue with my cat on each occasion, including at my previous vet (making it the 4th mention in total). Saul had an unbelievable understanding of issues and super quick delivery coming up with a solution where he explains what the problem is and what needs to be done to possibly solve it. I guess all things with animals are trial and error as they cannot always pinpoint the issue straight away, but he has a patient ear when it comes to concerns and validates all what you're doing right and that all concerns are valid! I had lost all hope and could see my cat visibly getting thinner and Saul was the first vet to actually give advice that I could think about and navigate at home to see if it would make a difference. He gave my cats their vaccines with ease and left me with advice of Prednicare, Pro-Kolin Sachets and Hydrolysed protein diet... There is only so much one can Google as by this point I'd tried near thousands of pounds worth of food to see what would make my cat Pixie have less toilet trouble. Nothing worked long-term. The difference is like day and night and I'd forgot a time where my cat was this happy and healthy! Would like to give him the biggest thank you ever - the solution was so simple when he gave advice, and I'm so glad I finally got there because of him! I would trust him with both of my cats lives and listen closely to all his advice. Anyone local to this vet is lucky to have him at their disposal. A great asset to Medivet and a crucial partner to this practice.

  The most amazing team of Vets, RVNs, student nurses, patient and client care assistants ever! I had picked up Toffee from his dog sitters and he had been shaking his head violently and yelped everytime I touched his ear. I called Kensington and they managed to squeeze me into be seen the same day. Toffee was seen promptly and welcomed by Simone. She is the most caring vet and performed a thorough exam on Toff before examining his ear canal. She identified a grass seed right away and took him downstairs to have it removed, the team was so lovely, giving Toffee lots of support and the grass seed was removed smoothly. Toffee was sent home with some pain relief and had plenty of treats by Simone! I just wanted to thank Medivet Kensington for their kindness and help, to find a good practice is one thing but to find an incredible team is just amazing and we got so lucky to have Kensington as our local practice! Would definitely recommend this practice for those looking for a clinic with staff that treat your pet like their own, thorough investigations and 10/10 care ❤️

  On behalf of my beautiful girls 2 teacup chihuahuas! All stars 🌟🐾🌟🐾🌟🐾🌟🐾🌟 💝 6 years of attending our amazing Medivet, trusted, reliable, always very supportive and so sweet. I think my girls are going to vets for socialising, plenty of attention and treats, just help yourself as much as you want. Annual booster shots done! Going to enjoy lovely weather in the park ☀️🫶

  Emma Natale ( the vet we saw ) was absolutely wonderful with my dog Fido. She reassured me from the moment we arrived that he would be looked after with genuine care and compassion, and she was true to her word. His cyst examination and sample taking were completed quickly and gently, and—miraculously for him—he wasn’t stressed at all, despite usually being very wary of vet visits. I’m so grateful for Emma’s calm, kind approach and the way she handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. Thank you, Emma.
