  Can’t express enough how grateful we are to Abingdon Vets. They carried out a very much needed dental extraction on our cat which has been extremely successful - not to mention that it was also half the price of an extortionate quote from Medivet. The level of service was fantastic. Thank you again!

  Avoid this clinic at all costs unless you have an unlimited budget. This is not a veterinary practice focused on animal care; it is a profit-driven business focused solely on aggressive upselling. They have a disturbing pattern of skipping all reasonable, cost-effective treatment options. The moment my dog didn't show immediate results from basic anti-inflammatories, they bypassed any intermediate steps and pushed straight to an expensive specialist referral and a high-cost CT scan. It felt incredibly predatory, as if they were simply looking for the most expensive way to inflate my bill. To make matters worse, their business model is designed to trap you. If you sign up for their subscription service, be warned: they use aggressive and hidden cancellation fees to ensure you can't leave easily. Between the astronomical medical costs and the predatory subscription tactics, this place is a total money-grab. Do yourself and your pet a favour.... go somewhere else.

  Always a good experience! They are very professional and also very helpful. Always trying to fit you in asap in case of emergency and I must say I haven’t been charged so much compare to other vet in the area . 100% recommended!

  I couldn’t be happier with the care Dumpling received when I brought him in to Abingdon for neutering. The whole team were professional, warm, and caring from start to finish. Also I'd like to give a special thank you to student vet nurse Huma, who gave me brilliant advice and took such fabulous care of Dumpling. She was so kind, reassuring, and clearly made him feel safe. I think she may be Dumpling’s new best friend.
