  I was charged £271 for a travel AHC booked 2 weeks in advance (happening on a Saturday). Absolutely outrageous costs considering there was 0 issues with my pup and the vet spent 3 minutes with him and 10 minutes on paperwork. Would not recommend.

  Vannessa was incredibly helpful during our visit. She went above and beyond by giving us some puppy pads and a few treats for our new puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. She was very knowledgeable about pet plans and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, she helped us locate the closest branch to our home, making things much more convenient for us going forward. Excellent service all around!

  Vincent is an exceptional vet. He spent so much time with me before the procedure on the phone, and again when I dropped my cat off. I never felt rushed and he explained everything clearly. You can tell he’s highly skilled, but also very kind and calm, which makes such a difference when you are as worried as I was. My cat is recovering really well. The reception team, nurses and other vets are all brilliant too. Everyone at mayow is professional and compassionate. It’s expensive, but vet care is expensive everywhere. For the level of attention, skill and care we received, it’s worth it.

  I can't praise the team at Mayow Vets highly enough. They took exceptional care of our puppy and kept me regularly updated on the progress of her surgery. I had absolute confidence in the fact that she was in more than capable hands. We knew her treatment plan would be fluid depending on what was found and they were open and transparent about the various costs and options the entire way, even during the surgery, so that we could make an informed choice. I would definitely recommend them.
