  Such a great little clinic with an amazing team. Sian has been amazing at coordinating things, while Elan is an über professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring vet. Our experience has been 20/10. Very sad the clinic is closing.

  Great service delivered and very helpful and professional. I am glad I signed up with Snoots 🥰 I had my first visit at the Forest Hill clinic for my kitten, and Elan, the vet, was very knowledgeable and understood what my kitten needed, especially at his young age.

  This vets is the most friendly and happy vets i have had the pleasure in dealing with. The staff are so helpful and nice. My pup is in excellent safe hands and he loves going there as they all fuss him. Very professional and the app just makes life easy as you can choose which of their locations you want to go to. Also the subscription that you pay monthly is very beneficial as there are no massive charges hitting you in case of emergencies. Thank you Snoots. 🐾🐾🐾🐾

  We had such a lovely experience with Snoots so far🐾💛 From start to finish, everything felt smooth and thoughtful, the online team were so helpful, responsive, and kind, which made booking and communication really easy and reassuring. When we arrived, the in-person team continued that same energy. They made both me and my dog feel completely welcome and at ease. You can really tell how much care, patience, and genuine love you have for the dogs in your space. What stood out most was how attentive and understanding everyone was, it didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. It felt like you truly took the time to connect and make sure everything was right for my dog. We really appreciate the kindness and positive energy from both the online and in person teams.   I can not recommend Snoots HIGHLY enough. Incredible Service from totally amazing Vet and "Back Room" Staff, in a super clean, welcoming, calm environment. Pricing is unbelievably cheap compared to last Vets with NO "shortcuts" just HONEST pricing. Easy to book appointment and aftercare is AMAZING! Honestly best moved we made.
