We have been going to Veterinary Vision Bamber Bridge with our 7 month old puppy, Mango, since she was around 4/5 months old as she had some sight issues. Unfortunately despite the best efforts of the team at Veterinary Vision, Mango had to have her eyes removed this week. Although this was very sad for us all, I can honestly say that she couldn’t have been in better hands. The Vets, Veterinary Nurses, and ladies on reception showed so much empathy and kindness and made such a fuss of Mango. They made this awful situation a little bit easier for my family and I. Thank you so much ❤️

Just love the caring people at this vets. You can tell it's not just about getting money out of their customers. They really care about the animals right from the receptionists to the vets. Highly recommend.

Was referred here after we took our dog to our regular vets with suspected blindness. They gave us a same day appointment to when my vet referred us. The place is set in really nice grounds and it’s well kept inside and out. The receptionist is so nice. She was so compassionate, explained all the policies well and was great with explaining medication and insurance. We saw Sean and he was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He was able to confirm that our dog had detached retina and give us lots of options. He took some bloods and promised to ring us back with results and even though it was gone closing time he still made sure to keep this promise to which we were very grateful. We had lots of questions and he answered them all and never made us feel rushed. I couldn’t fault the service from start to finish.

After referral I was promptly contacted by staff at Bamber Bridge who were polite, courteous and gave me an early appointment date. I was quite upset by my dogs condition and although the examination concluded my dog had a tumour vet and nurse were both very knowledgeable, used modern equipment (ultrasound) and calmly, sympathetically gave me options. I always felt the various options were mine to take and at no point did I feel pressured. On the day of the operation the centre received my dog. The manner of the staff and the cleanliness of the centre resulted in a stress free animal. I knew she was in good hands. I was kept fully informed and collected my dog that afternoon. I was amazed at how unfazed she was after such a series operation. Thank you.
