      Amazing veterinary practice. The reception & medical staff are all outstanding; friendly, warm, welcoming & professional. It’s pristine, but homely. The staff are full of smiles. The WhatsApp function is so helpful and makes communication so much easier. I would choose to use Kingsclere Vets over any commercial practice, the family feel is something I’ve not felt from any other practice over the years - it’s clear that the animals and customers that they work with are really, genuinely cared for. We travel from Andover due to recommendations from friends and bad experiences with the commercial/chain vets we had used prior and I would urge anyone I know to do the same! We recently lost our cat right outside the vets and the level of effort that they went to to help us to find him and bring him home was incredible, I truly believe if it wasn’t for the efforts of the staff - we would not have had him home safe 5 days later. Forever grateful. Would never use another vets.

      I was absolutely delighted with my first visit to Kingsclere Vets this morning with my wire haired dachshunds. All the staff were very welcoming. Access to the surgery is extremely easy with excellent parking facilities and the surgery itself look smart and clean. Myrtle was looked after by Orla today - she gave me plenty of time to discuss not only Myrtle's condition but also spoilt Mabel my other dachshund who had come along for the ride! Myrtle was treated skilfully and gently by Orla whose advice as to next steps with treatment and maintenance was excellent and practical. I am hopeful that we will not be back for another visit for this same condition but if we do we will know that we will be in very safe and competent hands. Otherwise we will look forward to both Myrtle and Mabel being looked after by the Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery in the future for more routine healthcare. A top class practice!

      We had our cat spayed at this clinic, and everything was done to the highest standard. The staff were very professional and caring, and communication via WhatsApp was excellent and very convenient. We also signed up for a subscription for our Charlotte and now regularly use their services — including nail trimming. Every visit is a pleasant experience, and our Princess always gets lovely treats, which is such a nice touch. We are very happy with the clinic and highly recommend it!👍

      Arthur has been attending Kingsclere Vets for well over a year now. This last week he was being treated for an attack on him by another larger dog. Freya and Laura were reassuring and full of emphathy. I cannot recommend this vets enough. The staff are fantastic. It was the best move we made and us hands down the best vetinary practice. We trust them implicitly. Thankyou Kingsclere ❤️💖🙏

      This was my first appointment after transferring from another practice. The staff were incredibly helpful with one of my dogs who becomes extremely anxious and hyperactive - I cannot praise them enough for their patience with her. My older dog received a very thorough review and some suggestions made for her ongoing treatment. Again very helpful clear explanations and help. I am very impressed with the staff seen and will certainly recommend to friends and family.
