We have a beautiful cat and his doctors are in St Kitts. Luckily we don't see them very often but when is needed it doesn't take too long to see us. They have a Pet plan for @20£ a month and you don't have to pay for vaccination, nail clipping, health check and 20% discount to other procedures. Really happy with them.

Unfortunately, the behaviour of some reception staff lets this practice down. One particular receptionist regularly appears grumpy and speaks to clients in a sharp, unpleasant tone. What I find most unacceptable is the lack of discretion. If you owe money or are required to do something, this is sometimes addressed loudly in front of the entire waiting room, which is embarrassing and completely inappropriate. Sensitive matters should be handled privately, not broadcast to other clients. It’s disappointing, as the rest of the team work hard, but this kind of service creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Basic courtesy and professionalism at reception would make a significant difference.

I have had an excellent experience with this veterinary practice and felt compelled to share my review. They have provided exceptional care for my guide dog, Dejay, and have always made both of us feel at ease. The staff are consistently welcoming and delighted to see him as he trots through the doors. I highly recommend this practice.

    • Huge thank you to your amazing team who were working today. This little pandas mummy needed a bit of assistance to get him into the world. Lovely team of people who updated me every step of the way and were clear with different treatment options and their associated costs from the outset. Best of all they're open at the weekend, including Sundays! Will be moving all of our cats to St Kitts 😺

Such a wonderful, helpful vets! Reception have all been so kind and helpful every interaction I've had with them. All vets I've seen have been so sweet and kind with my very VERY timid cat, Luna. Helped with calming meds to make getting her into her appointments a bit easier. Always so keen to go the extra mile to make us owners and pets feel welcome and comfortable. Really a wonderful place. Highly recommend!
