  Jacek and Rachel saw our little Remi today, she was so scared and we were nervous too but they put us all at so much ease. They made sure Remi had the proper care and got done what was needed, and honestly made us both feel so much better about it all. Thank you so much, it feels so reassuring to know that Remi was in the best hands. Thanks to the lovely receptionist that was working today too, Saturday 13th June, you were amazing and gave us lots of info we didn’t know. Thanks again

  Excellent care and attention. Explained everything clearly, carefully and patiently, even when asked for extra clarification. Although they would like you to take up the offer of extra services I did not feel "sold to", and it was more like being provided with options. I will definitely use this veterinary service again as they are kind, thoughtful people. My cat was carefully and thoroughly examined and a treatment plan was discussed and put in place. Thank you for your help.

  I went to GP Vets Basingstoke for the first time with my 3 month old kitten, as an emergency. Oddly my mum had recommended GP after I had a vile time with another vet practice, but I hadn’t got round to signing up the new baby. Not a problem for GP at all! They saw us on a very busy Easter Saturday, I felt welcomed and part of the practice as soon as we walked in! We were kept updated as we waited and a nurse triaged our boy to check he was comfortable and not in pain. Vet was fabulous with him, I felt very confident and reassured. A special thank you to the receptionist who was just brilliant! Friendly, calm, knowledgeable, just amazing! Can’t thank them all enough- This is our vets practice now!

  Unfortunately I don't remember doctor's name, but he was extremely kind and caring. I really felt he cares about my cat that had completely unexpected epilepsy episod the previous night. Highly recomend. Absolutely amazing doctor Filus sends kisses and hopes not to see you soon 🤭
