Efficient and empathetic throughout. Thank you very much. I asked about teeth cleaning and the Vet checked and then said that it wasn't necessary yet. I appreciate the professional integrity shown. Elsewhere my dog would have been booked in and treated without another thought - except for the income earned...

Took my previously anxious (aka Tasmanian Devil Wriggler) up to The Berkshire Vet today for a familiarisation visit and to collect her medication. As always, the lovely Receptionist was kind, understanding and calm; she got down on the floor so she was at the same level as my dog. She talked to her, stroked her and give her some dog treats which she devoured with her tail wagging. It sometimes doesn’t take much to calm a dog, it just takes a kind heart and a calm demeanour. This is in abundance at The Berkshire Vet, who I highly recommend! Lovely people, kind, understanding and absolutely no rush. They take the time to relax & understand your dog. Exactly what mine needs after a problematic life before we adopted her. Another solid 5 🌟review from me & my dog🐶 - so well deserved! Thank you for making visiting the Vet so much easier than it has been for the last 5 years! Picture attached of my happy, chilled dog in car going home after our nice and calm visit.

The Berkshire Vets is by far the best veterinary practice I have ever used. The highly experienced staff and vets are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic and personable, I am always 100% confident my cat will receive the best care possible. A lot of thought has gone in to their state of the art practice, from a calming waiting room with separate areas for different animals to minimise stress on your pets, to modern consultation rooms. They offer out of hours emergency care which offers peace of mind. They also organise community and charity events including monthly dog walks on Greemham common. Highly recommended!

When care, attention, advice and professionalism was required for Archie, our West Highland Terrier, when he had an unexpected medical emergency, the practice absolutely delivered at every level. Thanks to Practice Partner Vicky who responded to an out of hours appointment , professionally assessed the situation and ultimately helped us to make the right decisions to implement end of life care for Archie. Saying goodbye to a dear friend is always difficult but Vicky was outstanding in the way she handled the situation and managed our grief. It would be wrong for me not to recommend this business for others looking for a personable and professional team of vets whose aim it is to deliver the highest level of care to both human and furry customers!

As usual the vets are friendly and efficient. Molly had a small fish hook in her foot. Unfortunately she will not let anyone touch her feet. But after a mild sedation, the hook is removed and she is as right as rain again. Thank you so much for your excellent service again.
