Hanif and the wonderful nurses and vets — all four of you — I truly owe you everything for helping my boy Bruce. After years of battling his skin condition and getting absolutely nowhere, you treated him with such kindness, patience, and care. Thank you for being so gentle and amazing with him. He walked out of your practice visibly happier, with such relief on his face, and that meant the world to me. Bruce is literally my life, and seeing him comfortable again is something I can never thank you enough for. Thank you so much for your incredible advice, compassion, and dedication. Best vets ever. ❤️
Read on Google →I cannot recommend this practice and all that work for it any more . They were great with my last 2 dogs who have now sadly passed where the vet and nurse came to my home to let them go to sleep in their safe place, and since then top notch care for our little clan now, 1of the retreivers have bad luck from the start and I feel if it wasn't for the staff here our boy would not be here now. Then my sprocker became Lame for a while he is ok now, And recently my little princess broke her leg she was seen instantly and has had 1st class care all the way through she is now on the rd to recovery finally being discharged yesterday :) The care is 1st class all the way down the line not a single complaint on any one of them. Thankyou all so much for your care and love for our babies as if they were your own I will be forever grateful 🙏 😀 xx
Read on Google →These guys have looked after our pets (and us I guess!) since we adopted the 2 of them just over 6 years ago. Our experience has always been excellent. There was a minor hicccup right at the start, nothing major at all, but it was dealth with quickly, openly and with sincerity. Can't ask for more than that. Most recent vist was the annual check up and "jab" time. Rhiannon saw the boys again and is brilliant with them. Making them relaxed, giving them attention and checking them over without realising they are being checked. Always handy when one of them is visibly nervous at the vets, as he is a home dog really and getting out of bed is just so "Unnecessary". Rhiannon answered our quesitons clearly, offered all the options that were open to us and made a recommendation. There was no hard sell for any treatment or insistance that we have something done. The key here is that we felt reassured and the dogs best interests were being met and what she would do if it was her pet. All the staff always go out of their way to engage with our dogs and other pets whilst there, making all the right noises and endorsements as though they were theirs. Rhiannon also took the time to show us photos of her dogs after we discussesd some similar health concerns and how she manages it. Our experience with all the vets and the wider team we have seen here has been great and we will carry on using these guys for as long as we can.
Read on Google →I can’t thank everyone at vet for pets enough, you were all so kind, caring and amazing when it came down to caring for my Rolo. From the first phone call you got him in quickly and seen straight away then ready for his emergency operation. Rolo ate satay chicken on a cocktail stick that dropped on the floor and for your quick reaction saved our boy. Even after the operation you were all so lovely and caring when Rolo came in for his follow up appointments and has now been discharged and doing really well. We would highly recommend from experience that vets for pets only has your pets best interest at heart . Thank you all so much xxx
Read on Google →We love the whole team here! They are all so kind, friendly and thoughtful, as well as super-skilled and professional. The reception team are just brilliant - Natasha, Charis, Sue and others always take the time to say hi to our dog Penny, despite her only being interested in biscuits. Special shout-out to the wonderful Emma. Penny was scared of getting her nails clipped at first (requiring two of us to put her in a headlock...), but thanks to Emma being so patient, friendly and building her trust, Penny now holds her paw out voluntarily! Thanks to the vet team we've been able to diagnose and manage Penny's Addison's condition, and it even feels a breeze to come in once a month for her regular injection. Everyone seems to really care about Penny and all the animals they look after - it shines through everything they do.
