  I could not recommend Falkland vets enough! The care and compassion from every single person we have interacted with has been outstanding from the very first call answered by reception to all of the nurses and surgeons we have seen over the years. Their quick actions (in particular Jenny) without a doubt saved one of our dogs last year and Victoria is so committed to solving our other dogs ongoing ear issues with regular calls and check ups. I have even taken in wildlife recently and been kept updated via telephone call and you can just hear in every conversation that they are so passionate about animals. We have been to other vet surgeries and can honestly say we haven’t experienced this same level of friendliness!

  My parson jack Russell Bella was spayed on Wednesday Carl and his team were fantastic after care was 5 stars would recommend anyone to join Falklands veterinary clinic. Receptionists are so friendly and understanding. Absolutely Brilliant 👍

  While the pet care was satisfactory I am scoring then 1 star as their service was significantly more expensive than they estimated. TWICE THEY INVALIDATED OUR PET INSURANCE BY PUTTING DOWN THE WRONG DATES. Initially they claimed the issue arose in my dog 4 months before we even had it. When confronted with evidence highlighting their mistake, they claimed the issue appeared on day one of owning the dog rather than 2 months later which was when we noticed and told them it happened. They refused to update their records and left me significantly out of pocket for a routine, lie risk operation when I had paid for insurance. Deeply upsetting, and I highly recommend recording all interactive with their vets to prevent them recording the wrong information.

  Every time we visit Falkland Vets it's a good/positive experience and the whole team are friendly, helpful and as you'd hope. This is also a bit late... (sorry!). After recently talking about one particular experience back in lockdown where we had to put our dog to sleep, it reminded me how good they were and is well worth acknowledging (albeit a bit late). From the reception team bearing with me on the phone whilst I tried to compose myself enough to get the words out to the actual visit, at which point, Peter took us through a hugely painful time in a compassionate way in which we really couldn't have asked for better. Thank you (and apologies for taking so long to say it)

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience, I had to take my cat Simon, for an emergency appointment as he was feeling very poorly, and I didn't have time to find any childcare, which meant taking my three young children with me, one of who is severely autistic, it was quite a struggle but the way all the staff were so lovely and helpful was just so wonderful. They really made me feel at ease and couldn't do enough for me. The vet and all of the receptionists were absolutely brilliant and I can't thank them enough for making my experience so much easier, especially as I was so worried about my cat too! Hopefully Simon will be feeling better in no time! Thank you all
