Our dog jade a saluki whippet cross was seen by Peter Woolley for an operation on her side that had become quite enlarged with an unknown mass that was causing distress to jade ,I cannot thank Peter W and his fantastic staff enough for there care and attention that they gave to our beautiful jade . Again I thank you all so much and have no problem in recommending your superb attention to care . Mr x Mrs Miles and jade .

While the pet care was satisfactory I am scoring then 1 star as their service was significantly more expensive than they estimated. TWICE THEY INVALIDATED OUR PET INSURANCE BY PUTTING DOWN THE WRONG DATES. Initially they claimed the issue arose in my dog 4 months before we even had it. When confronted with evidence highlighting their mistake, they claimed the issue appeared on day one of owning the dog rather than 2 months later which was when we noticed and told them it happened. They refused to update their records and left me significantly out of pocket for a routine, lie risk operation when I had paid for insurance. Deeply upsetting, and I highly recommend recording all interactive with their vets to prevent them recording the wrong information.

Myself and my cat Freddie had a great experience with the team at Falkland vets. We traveled from south wales as a referral for CO2 laser treatment of cysts in Fred’s ears, to be performed by Carl. As a registered veterinary nurse I was invited to watch Freddie’s procedure to learn about the process (and hold him as he’s a bit of a nibbler). As an outsider to the practice but a member of the veterinary industry I felt very confident with the care provided to Freddie, and if he’s to visit again I would be comfortable leaving him in the care of the team here. The reception team were excellent as well. Overall, Fred had a great day out. He loved meeting everyone and is very thankful to be rid of his ear cysts.

Every time we visit Falkland Vets it's a good/positive experience and the whole team are friendly, helpful and as you'd hope. This is also a bit late... (sorry!). After recently talking about one particular experience back in lockdown where we had to put our dog to sleep, it reminded me how good they were and is well worth acknowledging (albeit a bit late). From the reception team bearing with me on the phone whilst I tried to compose myself enough to get the words out to the actual visit, at which point, Peter took us through a hugely painful time in a compassionate way in which we really couldn't have asked for better. Thank you (and apologies for taking so long to say it)

I just want to say how amazing this vet practice has been. Sadly my mother and father had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to their beloved Westie called Carly which was handled with such love and care from Hannah and the team. They were very respectful and gave mum & dad so much time to say goodbye and help Carly to go peacefully. We will be forever grateful for all their help over the years.
