  Very good PAH location, staff are friendly, however when you can find them, tills are sometimes unmanned, but rectified fairly speedily once you ask. All the usual pet supplies, plus an in store vet centre...all good. 5 stars when the staff situation is sorted!!!

  Went to buy some Tick treatment store couldn't sell any as not a trained member off staff on duty. Advice train all staff then not a problem. Recommend going to Jollies.

  Unfortunately our experience during our dog euthanasia appointment was extremely unprofessional and very poorly handled. We were at the practice for over 1.5 hours and were left alone for long periods in a very hot room while our dog was visibly anxious and panting. During the appointment the vet also referred to our dog as “he”, which felt careless given her records clearly show she is female. The situation felt disorganised and unprofessional, including paperwork being forgotten and the vet having to leave during the procedure after accidentally injecting herself! Leaving us to restrain our already distressed dog. The experience became so overwhelming that we felt we had no choice but to leave while our dog was under sedation and were not there for her final moments. When we later collected her ashes, the paw and nose prints we were told would be included were missing, meaning we had to return again, and the paw print itself was very poor quality. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet should be handled with compassion and care. Unfortunately, our experience felt chaotic, careless and added unnecessary distress during an already heartbreaking time.

  Bought two rabbits this morning for my children. Dealt with staff member Kate who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very good with my children, explaining to them all about Rabbits and what they liked/disliked etc and how to handle them properly. I am very grateful to her for her great help. Thank you.
