The vet was very sincere and seemed like he was there for the animals and not to exploit people out of their money, like other vet practices I've encountered. The vet was exceptionally thorough during my appointment, he went over all possible options for my terminally ill dog and didnt rush me out the door to see to the next person. Even the girls on reception were fantastic. They made booking an appointment really easy and were interested in my pets health condition on arrival. I really recommend this vetinary practice.

Modern and large practice, plenty of vets on staff so waiting times are low. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They engaged constantly with the animals and customers. Vet service was well informed, polite and caring. Would certainly recommend this vet if you live in their catchment area, over other local providers.

Absolutely lovely veterinary surgery. The triage and doctor set us both right at ease. Thank you for being so gentle with my baby girl. She's generally so timid, but she really warmed up to Dr Griffith. 💖

Absolutely fantastic experience. The clinic was spotless, clean, and very welcoming. All of the staff were friendly and caring, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The air conditioning was amazing, especially on a hot day, which made the visit much more comfortable. Most importantly, they showed genuine care and compassion for my pet. Highly recommend!

Haven Vets fitted us in quickly for an emergency appointment with our elderly dog. The Vet we saw was caring and compassionate and other members of the team were very nice as well. I would recommend Haven for your pets' care. Thank you Haven!
