  Heritage Vets is an excellent, small independent vets practice. The whole team were exceptionally professional, caring and empathetic when it came to the end for my old dog, making a very difficult situation very dignified, gentle and comforting for him and us. I cannot thank them enough!

  So kind and Compassionate! My mum found an injured baby seagull while out on a walk. It looked as though it had hurt its leg and couldn’t fly. Unfortunately, by the time we got home it was after 6pm and everywhere that could help was closed, so we kept it safe overnight in a crate with food and water. The next morning I tried calling the SSPCA but couldn’t get through, so I contacted Heritage Vets. They were incredibly kind and told us to bring the gull in, and that they would contact the SSPCA to arrange for it to be collected. When we arrived, the member of staff who took the baby gull was so caring and reassuring. We’d only looked after it overnight, but it was such a sweet little bird and we’d become quite attached to it, so it meant a lot knowing it was in safe hands and would get the care it needed instead of being left to suffer. Thank you to everyone at Heritage Vets for your compassion and willingness to help wildlife. Your kindness was truly appreciated, and I’m so grateful that this little gull now has the best chance possible!

  We can't recommend Becky, Sara and the whole team at Heritage vets enough. You feel like a member of their family from the moment you first make contact either via the telephone or when you walk through the door. The level of care we have received for both of our cats has been next to none. We are forever grateful for finding such an amazing team who we trust with Harris & Iona's care. Without Team Heritage Harris would not be with us annoying his sister Iona still! Thank you all so much ❤️

  Excellent Veterinary services. An independent vets, reasonably priced treatments, spotlessly clean and welcoming for pets and humans. Exceptionally pleasant and courteous staff. They are knowledgeable about our breed of dogs. Something that gives us great reassurance when discussing treatments. Not all vets are equal, but Heritage I would say, in our 43 years of dog ownership are the most trusted.

  I cannot rate highly enough. Becky and her team of amazing vets, nurses and support staff have truly gone over and above to make the very stressful and emotional journey of losing our 6 month old kitten Data 🐈‍⬛ on the road, as seamless as possible. From Becky taking him home to care for him to the reception staff who responded quickly, compassionately and professionally towards us at every moment. Thank you for your kindness, we'll never forget it 🖤
