Never answer their phone, always impossible getting hold of them. Always late for appointments. 0 interest in helping my dog, just give you general medication instead of finding the root cause, despite this tablet costing £60 per month, when I expressed we can’t keep paying that forever, was faced with attitude. “What is it your asking” im asking if there is interning we can do to find out what my dog is allergic too! Avoid

Not convinced that they put animal welfare first more of the case of Writing prescriptions out more prescriptions they write out more money they get paid. I’ve spent an absolute fortune and My Dog is worse than ever, The vet prescribed My Dog copies some amounts of steroids and the condition My Dog has should’ve never been given steroids ! I will not be returning to that vet anymore. I will be putting in a complaint To the irrelevant people.

On the 3rd of July 2025, my French Bulldog, Bruce, had a dental procedure under general anaesthetic at Vets4Pets Hedge End. Everything went incredibly smoothly – Bruce recovered quickly and is now feeling great and completely healthy. I'm very grateful to the entire team for their care and professionalism. Special thanks to Sarah, who took the time to explain everything to me clearly and thoroughly before the procedure. Her calm and professional approach really helped me feel reassured. Highly recommend this practice – they genuinely care about both pets and their owners!

We recently had our two kittens neutered and spayed at Vets 4 Pets - Hedge End, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they received. We interacted with Charlotte, Sarah, Emily, Sophie, and a few other team members — everyone was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The whole process was smooth and reassuring, and our kittens are recovering well. Thank you for the excellent care and support!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing this practice is. You might think, oh, it's part of this big company and so you might not get that personal service. The reception staff are honestly so outstanding. Their customer service skills are enviable. And I've had a few emergency appointments/last minute ones and they've accommodated me and made me and my pets feel valued. This practice really go the extra mile. I've seen x2 of the vets that work here and they are so knowledgeable and always explain everything so clearly. I feel like they are very approachable. Especially loving their new whatsapp feature, a great way to get some good advice. I'd recommend signing up to one of the care plans, too! My only teeny tiny bit of criticism is that I wish there was a separate entrance for the vet, I've had a few 'first thing in the morning' appointments and you're at the mercy of who ever is opening the shop door dead on 9am.
