Roger, my Bernese Mountain Dog enjoyed his first visit, it really is a lovely welcoming Surgery. Very professionally organised, spotless and am more than happy for Roger to be in their care. Everything was clearly explained and I had one question that I had forgotten to ask. Andrei spoke with me the following day to explain the answer to my question.I have every confidence in the Surgery, I trust Roger is in good hands. Thank you and we are pleased to be accepted, see you in March for yearly jabs, I do also know a lot of Rogers friends also have joined the Surgery
Read on Google →Dear Chilworth Veterinary Surgery Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and support you have provided to my pet rat. From the moment I brought my beloved pet into your surgery, I knew I was in good hands. The level of care and attention to detail that your team has shown is truly outstanding, and I am so grateful to have found a veterinary practice that genuinely cares about the well-being of all animals, no matter how small. I have been particularly impressed by the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown by every member of your team. You have all gone above and beyond to ensure that my pet received the best possible care, and I am deeply thankful for your dedication and expertise. It is clear that your practice is driven by a passion for animal welfare, rather than financial gain, and this shines through in every aspect of your work. I would like to extend special thanks to Andrei Fruja, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His empathy, understanding, and gentle approach made me feel seen and supported throughout a difficult time. He showed a genuine interest in my pet's well-being and took the time to explain everything clearly, putting my mind at ease. Read on Google →I recently changed vets due to my previous one being bought by a larger company. I wanted a small and friendly independant vets and that is exactly what Chilworth is! Andrei is friendly, caring and you can see he genuinely loves animals. He appreciates you choosing his vets and makes you feel like a valued customer. Very happy that I moved, thank you Andrei and the team!
Read on Google →An outstanding first experience with our new vet! I would give them 100 stars if I could!! My cat became unwell on the evening of New Years Eve and I could not of asked for better care, attention or compassion when he was feeling so unwell. We had transferred our cats care to Chilworth Veterinary Surgery from a local corporate vet but hadn’t actually visited the new surgery until this evening and it was everything that I had hoped it would be. I phoned the surgery just before 7pm and after a short discussion with Andrei, the vet, he invited me to bring my cat straight down to be seen. Andrei was waiting for us when we arrived and we were taken straight through to a consultation room where he listened to our concerns before introducing himself to our cat Buddy and then undertaking a full examination. Andrei was kind, compassionate and friendly throughout the consultation, taking time to explain everything to us and allowing us to ask any questions that we had. Buddy was administered medication at the surgery and was prescribed medication for us to administer over the following days and a follow up appointment was made. Andrei fully explained all aspects of the plan and the medication to us. We never felt rushed despite it being the evening of New Years Eve! Once Buddy was settled we were shown around the practice and shown all the facilities on offer. I am so glad that I made the move, not only for the outstanding facilities but for the kind, compassionate, professional, caring vet - we really were blown away.
