  Not the best value for money. I have no other words. Please think twice before you take your pet here. You can find the same items for stuff CONSIDERABLY cheaper online. Ask for a private subscription and source it yourself :)

  Not sure what’s going on. No one answers the phone.. been ringing for days. Finally last Tuesday managed to order.. they have no clue where it is a week later and are now asking me to go to a different vets miles away to pick it. They aren’t failing to collect the direct debit though 🤬

  Dolly our ragdoll kitten had her health check at unicorn Park vets and as always she is treated like a queen, we receive a lovely welcome, the staff are always professional, kind and generous with their time and attention.

  They don't even deserve a star. I booked an appointment online for my kittens first vaccinations. Turns out it was closed. Working hours and appointment times do not match! It was a difficult trip for my kitten for nothing. Is it too difficult to send an sms at least to give me an update?

  Unicorn Vets are absolutely brilliant. I usually go to the Park Surgery as they're closer to me and are my favourite, but the Fair Oak branch is also fantastic, and I’m more than happy to go there if the Park branch is fully booked. I’ve been using their services for the past 10 years and have never had a single issue—quite the opposite, in fact. The whole staff is always professional, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. As I have a bunny—who are very sensitive pets—I really appreciate how well Unicorn Vets understand his needs. They’ve helped keep him in excellent health ever since he was a tiny baby, and he's 10 years now. I’m truly grateful for the care and dedication they provide.
