  We had two visits to Vets 4 Pets on Hill Lane in Southampton. They sedated my dog ​​against my will, coerced him, and administered stupefying drugs. The staff is unprofessional and has no respect for animals. They try to scam people out of money. I paid for all the medications they quoted me with a credit card. After a while, they tried to extort money again, pretending I hadn't paid anything, and they're threatening me with a bailiff. In my opinion

  My boy would not be with me today if it were not for Nicola! She diagnosed a disease in my cat so rare, most vets would have discounted it. Just because he was drinking a lot of water… Unfortunately for me (and him!) it required specialist surgery, but he is now doing well, after a lot of ongoing support from Nicola and the whole team- nurses and reception staff too. It’s not my first experience here with a severely ill cat. Nicola doesn’t just treat the symptom and submit the bill- she has been amazing in following up with emails, phone calls and really talked through some very difficult decisions with me, and money can’t buy that. Picture of my boy very cross in post- surgery pyjamas!!

  Love these Vets. I moved away from them once and it was such a collosal mistake. Our cats are treated with genuine care and they take their welfare personally every single time. They even stepped up against my crafty insurance company that tried not to pay out which honestly blew me away as I never expected them to go that extra mile, and I was truly grateful to Emma for her help there! Today I saw Nicola after it was recommended I come in asap with Koda, Nicola saw to Kodas needs beautifully. She was absolutely brilliant. I felt like my concerns were heard and Nicola addressed everything raised. We walked away fully equipped to take on Kodas UTI, having his sample checked in house. Thanks Vets4Pets Hill Lane! 🫶🏻

  Took my kitten here for a check up before her spay, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Vet that I saw explained everything I could have asked, made sure my cat felt comfortable and ensured I knew everything I could before the procedure. Booked in for just over a week later, very impressed!
