I cannot recommend Adam highly enough for the incredible care he provided to my dog before and after surgery. From the very first consultation, Adam took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan. His knowledge and professionalism were evident, but what truly stood out was his compassion and genuine concern for my dog’s wellbeing. Before the operation, Adam was patient, reassuring, and incredibly attentive. After the surgery, he went above and beyond with follow-up care—checking in regularly, providing detailed aftercare instructions, and making himself available to address any concerns. It was clear that he wasn’t just doing his job; he truly cared about my dog’s recovery and comfort. Thanks to Adam’s dedication and expertise, my dog is now recovering beautifully. I’m so grateful for the exceptional level of care and kindness he showed us throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a vet who is skilled, compassionate, and truly goes the extra mile, Adam is the one you want.

I can’t praise Vicky at Hawthorns enough, she is absolutely brilliant. She has been a constant support with my beautiful girl(Doberman) who has had some issues with her hips and has hip dysplasia, Vicky is so kind and caring and informative and discusses everything so I can make an informed decision, never patronises or makes decisions for me. She always informs me of where we’re at and what treatments are available now and in the future. Thank you Vicky, you are amazing 😊

I have recently visited your practice with 3 of my 4 fur babies and the service has been excellent every time. Receptionists, nurses, animal care assistant (Briony) and vets, particularly Vicki who won over my very grumpy, snappy Little Chiuhaua in no time. All professional, efficient, friendly, empathetic and just lovely 🤗🐶😽😸😻
