Our two dogs have been registered with Vets4pets Grimsby for just over 12 years. The care they have received has always been second to none. From allergies for them both, cruciate ligament for one of them, lump biopsies and operations to remove them and now cancer treatment. The allergies were treated extremely well, it is difficult to ascertain what is the cause but Vets4pets managed to relieve it. The cruciate ligament operation was done by an expert on this operation, he was brought in by Vets4pets. We were given all the facts on what would happen and what we needed to do for our dog afterwards. The operation was a success and Toby never looked back, no problems at all since the operation, which was many years ago now, this is when l realised that Vets4pets would not overcharge you. Toby was thought to need a lot of physio sessions after the operation but the young lady carrying them out decided he only needed a couple, he was doing so well. They could have charged us for many more , we would have been none the wiser but they didn't do that. The care he received was phenomenal, we were given a care plan too. Our other dog is now battling cancer, we could not have wished for better treatment so far. Alex has discussed everything with us along the way and joint decisions have been made with his advice. We trust him implicitly, he explains every single thing as we go along. Yes, all of this costs money but Vets4pets have never ever overcharged us. They will go out of their way to save you money. In fact. Alex showed us a way to get medication cheaper for our dog with cancer, thank you Alex. Thank you to the lovely, caring staff team, the vets, the vet nurses, the receptionists who are a smashing bunch, thank you Vets4pets, you are simply the best. I never hesitate to recommend you to pet owners we know !!

Absolutely shocking! Beware of this practise as they make up lies about you and steal your money! The customer isn’t always right as I have learnt in business for many years, however, in this instance, the customer was right and then subjected to false accusations, spoken to horrifically and money taken for services already paid for! Stay well away people.

Great vets who obviously care deeply for animals. The staff were lovely when we recently lost our beloved cat Spud to liver cancer. We were allowed to take our time to say goodbye and this heartbreaking time was made bearable by the kindness and sympathy of the vet, the nurse and the receptionists. Highly recommend this practice.

I’d just like to thank Doctor Alex and anybody else who may have helped during the spay of my female cat I was unaware she had ovaries full of pus as she just acted as she usually did, luckily Doctor Alex had informed me in the moment when he realised he had immediately took action which had saved my cats life as this would’ve been fatal for her she’s so much happier and affectionate.

I cannot praise all the staff and vets at this practice highly enough - they have always shown all our cats the utmost care and love when treating them - most especially when they’ve had to give us the ultimate bad news for any pet parent. Their kindness and consideration are boundless - thank you all
