  I went in there for my kitten to be vaccinated, first of all, the lady behind the counter was lovely and helpful, she went on about her cats and how adorable mine was. Second, the woman who looked at my cat I unfortunatly didn’t get her name but she was amazing, she was very helpful and efficient but she was also lovely and polite. Hopefully when i’m in next they are there, would recommend.

  We have found everyone at Eastgate Vets to be extremely considerate friendly and professional. Our 14 year old dog had difficulty eating and we phoned Saturday morning and had an appointment with Ted at 12:30pm on Saturday. Ted was wonderful, his care and his advice. He gave Pippins an anti nausea injection and antibiotics. We are hoping Pippins will bounce back. Much thanks to Ted for his wonderful manner and patience and genuine caring attitude with our 14 year old dog and with us.

  Took my 12 week old pup to Eastgate for her 2nd jabs. They were perfect with her. The vet took time to check her over properly, gave me lots of advice, some of it breed specific too. An all-round great experience.

  Had a lot of visits to Eastgate veterinary centre Thetford from 5th November to 11th December whe the dog finally went to rainbow bridge. Was fitted in at very short notice. 22nd December I was again fitted in at very short notice with my other dog. Everyone there is very sympathetic and polite and helpful. Thankfully this time my second dog has damaged her bicep. Thoroughly examined and she loved everyone. The sent me a card on the passing of my previous dog.

  Had an appointment with Jess Gauton. My two dogs for their annual vaccination and medical check. Jess was so thorough and explained everything and gave me good advice. I felt a lot happier knowing that my little fur babies were cared for. The receptionists were very friendly too. Had a good experience at the surgery yesterday. Well done
