  I bought tiggy my little naughty tortie to you just over a week ago 15yrs old very poorly everyone was so kind especially the vet I didn't get his name but he was so kind and tiggy was put to sleep in such a kind and peaceful way and then today Tuesday a lovely card arrived how sweet was that so thoughtful and kind she has been buried in the garden some lovely bulbs will come up in the spring so we won't forget her thankyou once again

  Good morning all. My baby girl Daisy dog ,was seen by Simba, he was very kind and knowledgeable explained everything that I needed to know,unfortunately even after all the best care she was full of cancer ,Simba and I talked about her options unfortunately there was very little to be done she was 15 years old lived life as a princess lol ,so I made the very hard decision to end her suffering on the day Simba was wonderful made a awful day into a day of having time to say goodbye he never rushed any part of my goodbye, as much as I will miss her for ever having that time and a vet that understands what a mummy or daddy needs .to all staff but especially Simba a huge thank you Sally Offord

  I have been with eastgate for years, they were unbelievably respectful when my dog was put to sleep, and just as respectful when I collected him to bring home. I will never change from this surgery, the reception staff, nurses and vets I have met have all be wonderful and my new pup is now on the books also.

  All ok. Two domestic feral cats/ sisters, who are inseparable in the same pet carrier, brought in for annual vaccs. A very lovely Vet called for 1 x of the cats (she wanted to check them separately). Erm NOT possible to get one cat out of the carrier in the waiting room. Slightly tricky/ misunderstanding - but sorted.

  The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, genuine be excellent advice and are professional. My dog has been there 3 times in the 4 weeks that we have had her once for her injections and 2 other times when we had some concerns. They couldn’t have helped or given me such more advice than they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
