All ok. Two domestic feral cats/ sisters, who are inseparable in the same pet carrier, brought in for annual vaccs. A very lovely Vet called for 1 x of the cats (she wanted to check them separately). Erm NOT possible to get one cat out of the carrier in the waiting room. Slightly tricky/ misunderstanding - but sorted.

The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, genuine be excellent advice and are professional. My dog has been there 3 times in the 4 weeks that we have had her once for her injections and 2 other times when we had some concerns. They couldn’t have helped or given me such more advice than they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I attended Eastgate Vets Friday as my cat was not eating & had lost weight. Sadly the diagnosis was very serious & he was put to sleep. The vet Ted was so lovely, kind, compassionate & professional. He made a very emotional and difficult experience that little bit easier, thank you Ted.

Daisy has been receiving wonderful care from all the vets and nurses at Eastgate vets for over 5 years. They are very knowledgeable on a number of medical issues. The ladies on reception are so friendly and helpful as well. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Eastgate vets

Buddy has visited Eastgate Vets for the past 4 years or so since I took him in as a stray. Sadly his age caught up with him and I was forced to say goodbye last week. As any pet owner can testify, it is a very emotional time and possibly even harder when you've got to make the decision to euthanise for the good of the animal. I may be slightly biased, but Buddy was the gentlest, most lovable animal one could wish for. I am very thankful to the professionalism and support from the vet, Ted, and the reception staff at Eastgate. Ted skillfully achieved that difficult balancing act between being honest and upfront in regard to Buddy's fate, whilst maintaining warmth, empathy and understanding in those final moments. Receiving a card today with a personalised message of condolence was a beautiful gesture and I am very grateful for the time and care taken. I hope this message is shared with Ted and his colleagues - keep up the great work and thank you.
