Really disappointed after using this practice. My dog had dental surgery here a couple of months ago, yet at a groom this week it was immediately spotted that one of his canine teeth is broken and exposed — something I’d have expected to be caught and dealt with during a procedure where his mouth was open under anaesthetic. When I called to raise it and asked not to be charged for an appointment to fix an issue related to work already done, I was refused. Worse, when I mentioned I’d be making a complaint, the receptionist told me she “didn’t care” if I did. That attitude toward a paying client with a genuine welfare concern about their pet is unacceptable. I’m moving my dog to another vet. Wouldn’t recommend

Will not be renewing health plan... waste of money. Have unlimited health plan, went in for nurse appointment and was charged £11 to clean the ears...no one told me it was not part of the plan, no one told me I was going to be charged....just a surprise bill. How is this not included in the health plan... Some staff are nice so not everyone's fault, but this was unacceptable for me.

Laura saw our cat Mungo, she was amazing with him and very thorough when examining him. Quickly got him booked in for further testing the next day. She called us and gave us detailed results of the tests results later that day and followed the treatment on at the hospital.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Drove Vets for the recent dental operations that Ben had. He was so well looked after during his time with you and I can't thank you enough. He is so much happier following his treatment! :)

As always lovely, friendly staff. The vet was so gentle with Billy ( he had broken a front claw that was causing him some pain). She removed it and tended to the bleeding, reassuring him the whole time. He was actually booked in for his jabs and again throughout she was so kind.
