Dorset coastal vets ( fielding and cumber) are great I have a nervous 2 year old miniature labradoodle and they accommodate him so well , I wait in the car and they come and get us when their ready so he’s straight in to the consulting room . Very friendly staff and alway get a reminder for obi’s flea and worming medication. We are with the pet health club which is great yes you pay monthly but the benefits are great .

Having recently moved to Dorset I was looking for a new vet for my three cocker spaniels. Having researched all the vets in the area I decided on Dorset Coast Vets mainly because of the Pet Health Club, what it covered and the potential annual savings. Having three dogs doesn’t come cheap. Having previously worked in a veterinary practice myself, I am probably harder to please than most and will scrutinise everything, from the interaction with receptionists, cleanliness of the reception area & waiting room to the vets ‘bedside manner’ and how they interact with my dogs. I have to say if I could give Dorset Coast Vets 6 stars I would. The reception staff are super friendly & welcoming yet professional. The reception & waiting area are scrupulously clean, and Oscar the vet we saw, was extremely thorough in his examination of all three of my dogs. I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest, and to be honest I don’t think I’ve ever had a vet carry out such a thorough health check on my dogs for a routine booster. So in conclusion, if you’re reading my review and are thinking of changing vets, or like me have recently moved to the area and are wondering which vets to choose, look no further, I can 100% recommend Dorset Coast Vets. Absolutely superb!

Very good practice and friendly knowledgeable staff. Vets, nurses and reception staff. Reception has now lower desk which feels more friendly than high one b4. Very tidy front office and toilet. Has lift to higher floor but my dog doesn't do lifts and I can't do stairs 🤔 but easy to get ground floor appointment.

My cat (& I!) saw a lovely, caring, knowledgeable, thorough Vet yesterday. Good, clear explanation of treatment plan given, my expectations managed well. Also, friendly and approachable reception staff. Plus a nice, calm, clean environment. What is there not to genuinely appreciate? Thank you guys!
