Excellent service, saved our spaniel with emergency operation and the after care was excellent. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Highly recommend. We have the pet care plan with them and I have found they are always super efficient and helpful.

Poppy, my border terrier of 11yrs is under supervision in a regular basis with Jordan and his wonderful team. Unfortunately she had to have some dental work carried out and I was a naturally worried doggy mum but didn't need to be. Jordan and his highly trained assistants looked after Poppy so well and after five teeth out and a few days later, Poppy is back running around and trying to chase the squirrels again. Highly recommended their professionalism 10/10 🐶🐾

I could not recommend them enough, especially vet Antonio. He treated my poorly guinea pig at the beginning of the week and, after a further decline in his health and considering his age, we made the decision to have him put to sleep. I rang Vets for Pets to discuss this and was met by the loveliest lady on the other end of the phone. When we came in and saw Antonio again, he could not have been more compassionate. He made us feel so at ease and comfortable with the whole situation. It was hugely appreciated and made a horrible situation just that bit easier. He was gentle, reassuring and empathetic and more vets need an Antonio. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you to everyone at Vets for Pets

We’ve had a fantastic experience here with our guinea pigs. Unfortunately one of our piggies needed to be seen urgently and passed away, but the care and compassion from Jordan and the team has been amazing. From organising the cremation to sending a hand written card with their condolences, they went above and beyond for us. We’ve had our other piggies health checked with Jordan and he was so gentle with them. We’ve been to other vets who handle the pigs so roughly, so it’s amazing to have someone treat them so well. Absolutely fantastic team and an amazing place to take your guinea pigs to be checked if you are local.

Amazing service - Jordan has been amazing with my sprocker spaniel, always gives the time of day for any concerns big or small. Great reception team who are always patient. Vet nurses also been amazing pre and post spaying op! Can’t thank them enough, coming from an anxious owner constantly worrying about my dog.
