. I've had a bad experience with another vets and I was really nervous about taking my bird anywhere. The vet was very caring and professional. The front desk staff was great too. Would I recommend 🤔. I certainly would. Independent vets are better in my opinion. They do care about the animals.

Always been pleasant when taking our dog, was only one minor point, one of the receptionist made me feel awkward in a way, walked past us and just felt like they looked us up and down even though I smiled, no smile just an off look, just looked like they had the hump, tried to smile twice at them and just got what felt like no interaction, a smile back, nothing just a stare and look away everyone else was pleasant said hello and smiled. I could be reading into it but got an off feeling from this person as if I had done something to upset them for no reason, sorry

We are away on holiday and the first two days we felt our lovely little (but mighty) chihuahua Nellie was off, so on recommendation of our campsite owner I made contact with Donald’s vets. We were were seen first thing and back at camp by 10am with some meds which picked Nellie right up, she had a temperature & clearly an infection in a bad tooth. (Not many want to go near that snippy knashers but the vet was very thorough!) We were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday Nels even had the energy to get excited at the sight of the beach and I couldn’t appreciate the kindness & support from all the staff! Note: The team had the notes to our vets back home within the hour and we will be having a follow up and dental as soon as we are back home!
