I recently moved from Sheffield to Denby Dale and transferred my cats and dog to be looked after by Donaldsons. I have lived in several countries including the UK most recently and Donaldsons are without doubt the best Veterinary Practice I have encountered. One of my three cats was diagnosed with Lymphoma 3 months ago by the previous vet, Vets for Pets in Rotherham. Upon the initial diagnosis, the vet there wanted to euthanise her the same day. I opted to try a course of Steriods. These have been administered by Donaldsons and my cat is coping well so far with the treatment and has a good quality of life at the moment. Every day spent with her is treasured by us. The team at Donaldsons are very caring, offer great customer service and the vets take time to discuss the treatment with you. I would highly recommend the team there and feel reassured that my pets are in the best care.

Reached out to donaldsons vets Shelly as we Needed help advise/ guidance for our beautiful baby girl Cassie who has been part of our lives 14 amazing years we had lost confidence with our previous vet’s so contacted donaldsons for help all I can say is thankyou so much for helping and guiding us to make the hardest decision anyone has to make , I think the vet we saw was Kate but not sure as it was all a bit of a blur but she was amazing explaining all options and gave us all the time we needed to make the decision, Cassie was an amazing dog and we had 14 wonderful years with her but we had to let her go 😢 which was the right decision for her heartbreaking for us , thankyou for helping us to make the right decision and thankyou to the receptionist who I spoke to when I made the call very caring from the start.
