We had a great experience in an unfortunate situation. From our initial conversation over the phone to leaving the practice, the service we received was nothing short of compassionate for both us and the dog. An estimate price was also mentioned beforehand so we knew what to expect rather than having the surprise at the end. Thank you!

Due to a misdiagnosis, my cat stayed overnight in a strange place alone with multiple incisions and shaved areas because they messed up getting blood samples multiple times and I was out almost £1000 by night's end with nothing to show for it. Upon taking my cat to our normal vet the following morning we were advised that the diagnosis was far less trivial than otherwise suggested, of which they were confused how the initial diagnosis could even have been made upon their examination. I feel like I was robbed of both my money and of one last night with my cat. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Absolute angels! I needed a cone so my cat would stop licking her wound after surgery at a completely different clinic and couldn't think of anyone else to call at 8pm on a Wednesday - I feel very fortunate that I called them! Such lovely staff who gave me brilliant advice and were very patient. I never leave reviews, but felt I needed to here. Thank you so, so much!

We needed emergency vet last night. They were waiting for us on arrival ushering us inside. The vet was first class and reassuring. And following a blood test we were allowed home. All this very late in the evening. I hope we do not need their service again in such a way. But if we do then I know my dog and I will be well looked after.

MiNightVet is our usual vets out of hours choice for emergencies. Very friendly & helpful on the phone, we were informed of charges etc in advance and they saw to our dog as soon as he arrived at the practice. From the initial phone call with advice to then having to call to bring him in and our dog having to be treated they were extremely professional & kind. They managed to treat him and send him back home with us in little over an hour. Despite how cheeky and hyper our dog can be, this wasn’t an issue for them. I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who was involved in Lokis treatment last night, he is much happier today and feeling much better already. Definitely happy to recommend this practice.
