Very tricky to fit in their limited open hours when you work every day. Tried to pick up medications from them (after being invited by email and receiving a call). Went there 3 times based on their Google opened hours, but their were shut. Apparently they close at lunch and at 5pm (17:30 on Google and no mention of lunch break). They also forgot a document for one of our cat, so now they ask for another appointment to cover their mistake, but what a pain when you can't go to their limited open hours. If you can go on their limited hours, it might be ok, but for us it's becoming a real pain especially when we pay >£30/month for a service they don't provide.

We had to book a last minute appt whilst on holiday in Dartmouth as our dog Reggie had a stitch in his eye that hadn’t dissolved from a recent eye op. We were seen very quickly, the vet was amazing and removed the offending stitch. Friendly and efficient. Brilliant Vet practice.
