Awful awful place sent my dog home telling me he was okay, he died 3 hours later in my arms on the way to an emergency vet, causing me ptsd from the horrific way in which it happened after him being sent home “healthy”. When I came to collect my cat from neutering they openly spoke about me behind a door unknowingly to them I could hear every rude thing they were saying. Recommended the shirt for her and sent her home with a shirt too big for her that she continued to escape out of, which in return then caused her skin to become infected, the same practice different vet then told me “no I hate those shirts they’re awful I send cats home with nothing they’ll be okay” so very mixed advice there and all around just useless and rude. Especially the receptionist who I think could benefit from a new job.

Receptionist is so rude! She was complaining the whole half hour I was in the waiting room..... it was a problem that I asked to collect medication for my cat!!! She didn't have time to "deal with me'. When the phone rang she kept picking it up and putting it down saying "oh just go away" Imagine if that was you desperate to get help for a sick pet!!!. The organisation is terrible, can't even get the correct medication for your pets.

Terrible vets. Used them for 15 years. Since they've merged , all they care about is money. Zero compassion. Staff are rude and they had several dogs escape from their building while under their care. Horrible place now. 15 years ago it was the best in the area. Money talks I suppose.! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My experience with this vet. I have always been happy as my cat has come here for a few years. Last year the vets did so much to look after him and sadly it.... upsetting to say. But a star had to be taken away as after I went to pick up my cat a vet had some attitude about paying when we already knew about it. We were sorting it. I was having a hard time and I didn't need for someone to make me feel worse than I already was... But I will say thank you to the other staff members.

Cannot express how fantastic this practice is! We were visiting relatives when I needed to have my dog seen by a vet. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful lady on reception and she really reassured me. Highly efficient, had all the recent medical history from our own vet prior to the consultation. The vet we saw was just so lovely , so understanding , so helpful. I are so grateful for the fantastic care both Goldie and I recieved!
