    First time visiting a creature comforts vet and the space is very calm and open. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. My dog is very anxious when it comes to vet visits, but the team were very patient with her. Gave her loads of treats and she was happy in the end. They offer desensitisation visits which is excellent, so will hopefully overcome her anxiety. Also got a goody bag when we left!

    Deeply caring, understanding and supportive team. I took a terrified cat in (with a terrified human) and he explored around a safe & contained room while I sobbed his information to a vet that I'm delighted to have met and my cats needs were all addressed harmoniously, treated without any distress and we got on with our day. He didn't make a single sound on the way home and I continued sobbing - my cat can take me there in a carry case next time!
