I moved to Northumberland only two weeks ago and registered with Coquet Vets. A few days later my elderly dog was diagnosed with diabetes. Emily was kind and compassionate with us and Rosie. Unfortunately Rosie took a turn for the worse quite quickly and we had to make the decision to have her put to sleep. Hannah was absolutely amazing with us and Rosie, and treat her with dignity and kindness through her last journey. I cannot thank Coquet Vets and their team enough for what they have done for us in such a short space of time. True professionals who show nothing but compassion.

After having been through hell with a misdiagnosis from a previous vets, I had been referred to Croquet and for all I had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy. All of the staff at Croquet have been nothing short of amazing!! I can’t thank them enough and won’t go to anyone else to take care of my family. Both Emily and Sarah have been incredibly professional in their roles being fast paced, super efficient and ensuring every possible aspect has been met. I can only thank them from the bottom of my heart for their amazing service provided with such a short time frame to do so. I will continue to support their outstanding service for the rest of my life. Honestly can’t thank yous all enough.

Well i have just had the best care for my cockapoo from a lovely Vet called Olivia. Her care kindness and the overall consultation was exactly the experience i want. Her knowledge and compassion with a worried owner and poorly dog was spot on . I have been a pet owner for many years and this practice is great and i will highly recommend. Also aftercare and follow up definitely five star.

Fabulous personal service from this privately owned vets. The reception staff are lovely, patient, and helpful. The vets are extremely helpful and understanding. We've only been with them a year and it was a difficult one but they couldn't have been any kinder or understanding. Highly recommend you contact them, go in have a chat, you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding veterinary practice in every way. Our younger GSP was injured while we were staying in the area, the registration process was straightforward, staff were polite, efficient and booked us in quickly. Above all our special thanks to Emily who sorted Dart's injuries and was absolutely first rate. Our boy has now made a full recovery ..... thank you.
