Read on Google →Very good vets, looks after you and your pet very well.
Read on Google →I visited the vets today with my lil one after calling a few others. I have had experience with Robson and Prescott with my horses so I was expecting a relatively similar experience with my hamster. I had a few disclosed to me via phone before making the appointment then told I would find out the rest at the appointment (to which other vets did just disclose an average price of £50. I had my little one euthanised and was then hit with a bill of £100 (at that point what are you meant to say). In vulnerable positions as all pet owners are when visiting the vets with their loved pets, I believe full cost of fees should be prior explained before the treatment. The service I received was good despite this. The vet was extremely empathetic, knowledgable and caring towards my fur baby. I just believe if other vets can provide a service with transparency of fees, why can the same not be done here, because the website contradicts my overall service today. Never in a million years did I expect the fee to be £100. It never has been in my previous experiences.
