Thank you for all your care and attention to Lucky and myself when we had to make the hard decision to put him to sleep. The vets were amazing I was never rushed and I was allowed to spend as much time with Lucky as I wanted. The receptionists were also very nice. Thank you x

We were on holiday in the area last week when our 6 yr old Golden Retriever Arthur suddenly fell very ill. He was seen by your lovely vets and staff at the Alnwick branch as an emergency, out of hours and suffering with GDV/Bloat, a life threatening condition. Kirsty was compassionate, professional and talked us through the whole process and arranged to operate on him within the hour. She phoned as promised immediately after his surgery at 2am and again at 7am to update us on his progress. We were called and kept informed every 6 hours regarding Arthur's progress by the many vets and staff who kindly looked after him so well over the 3 nights he was with you. You saved his life, cared lovingly for him and we will forever be grateful to you all. He has a long recovery ahead but he is doing well so far. Thank you all, we highly recommend your professional services. For anyone considering using your services, we would say that their precious pets will be in the safest of hands here.

We were on holiday and our elderly dog became poorly, we initially spoke to reception staff and they were so polite and enquiring and organised an appointment really promptly. We visited the vet’s at our appointment time and our dog was examined by Dr Alfonso, who was so thorough and knowledgeable about our dogs condition. He was so approachable and explained the treatment plan and what it involved. He put us at ease and answered any questions we had, I can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much for helping our elderly dog on his holidays.

While on holiday had cause to go to vets with Slate, our cocker spaniel. Telephoned at 6pm, had appointment at 7pm. Kirsty, the Vet and the lady on reception were superb. Had follow up appointment 3 days later on way home from hols. Alfonso, the Vet and the two ladies on reception were once again superb. You get tell that this is a 'proper' vets where they love animals and want to give them the best possible care. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you. PS Slate is now fully recovered.

Fantastic care for Barry, who was suffering from a persistent skin infection. Swabs were taken to ensure the correct treatment was given and advice given to care for the wound. A nervous staffie, who used to be dragged in to appointments now walks in freely to his consultations due to the patience and care shown to him. Great continuity of care. Fantastic vets and receptionists. Highly recommend.
