I cannot thank this practice enough for quite literally saving my dog’s life. I brought my dog Maple to the practice for a second opinion after being given a devastating terminal diagnosis elsewhere and being told she had only weeks to live with no treatment options available. I was preparing to say goodbye to her the very next day. From the moment we arrived, the care, professionalism, and thoroughness shown by the entire team, but especially David and Kirstie, was incredible. David took the time to carefully review Maple, carry out a full examination, and recommended further imaging rather than relying on previous information. Everything was explained clearly, compassionately, and honestly. They managed to fit us in for X-rays and an ultrasound that morning which showed a completely different picture. Maple was found to have a single splenic mass with no evidence of spread. The team recommended surgery, which was carried out promptly and successfully. Following the procedure, it was confirmed there was no spread of disease and the mass appeared to be non-aggressive. Because of their knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to investigate properly, Maple is still here with us today — something I will be forever grateful for. Not only is the clinical care exceptional, but the kindness and empathy shown during what was an incredibly emotional time meant the world to us. We never felt rushed, dismissed, or like we couldn’t ask questions. They treated Maple like she was their own. I would recommend this practice without hesitation to anyone looking for veterinary care. They are an outstanding team and I will never forget what they have done for us. Thank you for giving us more time with our girl.

Amazing! We had an emergency late yesterday with our dog whilst on holiday in the area and the vet and staff stayed late to help. I cannot express my thanks enough. A beautifully clean & modern interior, staff went above and beyond and our little pooch was treated wonderfully (she’s now home & recovering very well), would highly recommend- plus I’ve heard it’s by far the best vets in the area. Thank you 🙏🏼 😍
