My dog had been visiting Brislington Vets every month for many years to manage his allergies, as well as several other health challenges along the way. Sadly, at our most recent visit, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to him. I cannot thank the team enough for the care and dedication they showed him throughout his life. He was always treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness, and that meant the world to us. We are especially grateful for how compassionately we were supported during our final visit. The vets and reception team handled such a devastating moment with sensitivity and understanding, making an incredibly difficult time feel as gentle as it possibly could. A special thank you to Julia on reception, whom we’ve come to know over the years. Her kindness on the night we said goodbye, and again when we collected his ashes, will never be forgotten.

Friendly nurse and helpers successfully cut my very wriggly dogs claws this morning. £15 for claw clipping is very good, highly recommend.

I've just got a new kitty and I've been here twice. They are super friendly and lovely. They probably think my questions are a little naive as such a new cat mum, but they are incredibly professional, friendly and comforting! I have the care plan and they have been great at advising what appts I need when and it's all included (general checks, vaccines, spaying, chipping)

Cannot fault vets4pets brislington. The dedication to the animals is fantastic. The care they gave my girl was the absolute best. I felt very comfortable leaving her with them as I knew she was in safe hands. All the ladies are so lovely and Gab is the best!! You’re all an amazing team. Thankyou so much for saving Tess’s life we can’t thank you enough ☺️

A very friendly practice. The staff are always happy to help, they have gotten to know our dog even stopping to say hi when they pass us in the store. Very nice and professional vets practice. Our dog has a number of allergies and the staff here always make a point of asking how she is doing even if she isn't there with us!
