I just wanted to send a heartfelt thankyou to you all especially Rebecca, when we had to make the sad decision to have our dog Poppy put down recently. You made the whole experience a lot easier for us with your care and patience from the phone calls and us trying to put off the inevitable. Rebecca was so caring and patient with us and Poppy explaining everything to us in such a caring manner and treating Poppy with the love and care she deserved We can't Thankyou enough. And then receiving Poppy's ashes and paw prints which were presented so nicely. Then today we received a lovely note and pack of seeds, you really went above and beyond. Thankyou all so much, you all come highly recommended

5***** star veterinary service from all the team at Chestnut Vets. When you have a poorly pet and they need to be admitted I have 100% confidence and trust my pet is being looked after by all the staff as if my pet was there own. Outstanding service from booking, consultation, treatment, aftercare, being kept informed, price, administration etc etc. Highly recommend as the best Vet Practice I've ever experienced, my life long vets for pets 🐕❤️

I have pet rats and everytime I’ve taken them to this specific practice, I’ve had a great experience . Each time has been amazing, even when we had to say goodbye to one of our beloved ratties. Becca specifically makes these visits wonderful, she’s very lovely!! I know my animals are in great hands here. Definitely would recommend!! Especially if you have rats 🐀

We have been with Chestnut Vets for quite a few years and have always been happy with the care we have received. Last week our Dalmatian needed to have a big operation on her back leg. We left the vets quite late but then couldn't get her out of the car. I managed to get a message to the vets and they called me straight back to help with the situation. She was also suffering from sickness post op, so her pain relief was not working, after calling the surgery , they quickly booked us in to be seen and they were empathetic to her needs. I would highly recommend their services. The vets listen to our concerns and our dog is really happy going in to see them.
