  I recently had a fantastic experience with this vet clinic. The online booking and registration were incredibly easy, and I was even able to get a same-day appointment. The clinic itself felt very home-like, which made a huge difference—my dog wasn’t anxious at all, unlike at most other vets. The vet was wonderful with him: calm, patient, and great at putting him at ease. The whole procedure felt relaxed and stress-free, and he even left with his tail wagging! We’ll definitely be returning here for his vaccination boosters. Highly recommend!

  I don’t usually leave reviews but one is definitely needed here. I Took my lovely cat to vet on the loose as the reviews were great. I was not disappointed and am so glad we went there as this vets is a little gem. Booking was easy too. It’s such a lovely homely inviting set up and Joao is so lovely he was very professional, thorough and extremely compassionate towards my fur baby my grumpy kitty really liked him too which is definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend this vets to anyone who is looking for a vet as you will definitely not be disappointed it was lovely to come a cross a vet so passionate and caring my daughter & I was very impressed. Thank you Joao x

  I had an amazing experience with Joao! He was so good with Priscilla my pug and I was so happy with everything! I will definitely be using vet on the loose from now on! Very welcoming and felt relaxed both me and my pug did! Priscilla enjoyed her treats too. Thank you again Joao!

  I took my 16 week old puppy to the vets for the first time and was so worried about her experience but I didn’t need to be! The minute we entered the vet room, it was a calm, relaxed and comfy environment! They knew who she was and gave her lots of love and attention, we were offered drinks and they gave willow treats, she was allowed to wander around and was never forced to do anything! She was so relaxed and calm! João and his team were amazing with Willow. The appointment wasn’t rushed at all and we was given lots of advice! Cannot thank João and his team enough! The goody bag for patients and parents was also a lovely touch!
