Another first class consultation from the lovely Ingrid assisted by Bernie. Our french bulldog Bailey has been looked after by Ingrid, since about 2022, for his skin allergies and itchy paws. Vaccine was ready for us to collect and Bernie helped sort out the insurance paperwork. Thank you both once again for a lovely visit in your new premises and we wish you the very best. • Highly recommend Cheshire Veterinary Dermatology! We had to have a CT scan done on my boy’s right ear, and the quality of care was absolutely phenomenal. The team were incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. We discovered so much valuable information that will be truly life-changing for my dog — and that’s all I could ever wish for. 🐾 If you’re dealing with dermatology or ear issues, don’t wait — go straight to the specialists. The sooner you see them, the sooner they can make a difference to your dog’s quality of life. Thank you so much for everything today — your care and expertise mean the world. ❤️

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Segboer and her team to provide training on advanced CO₂ surgical laser techniques with their VetScalpel Surgical Laser. Their dedication to patient care and eagerness to learn was inspiring. Ingrid’s new practice in Cheshire is not only a beautiful space but also a place where patients truly benefit from her expertise and commitment to excellence. I am excited to see the positive impact she and her team will continue to make for their patients and referring vets.

I can't thank Ingrid enough for all the kindness and treatment she gave my schnauzer when he was viciously attacked and badly bitten. She was so kind and patient seeing him every day for weeks to drain the wound and check the dressings. As an expert in dermatology Ingrid also helped to diagnose why our schnauzer was loosing his fur. Ingrid is a very experienced and professional vet. I would have no worries whatso ever in recommending her.

I have used Ingrid for her dermatology services, for the last 13years with my beloved Dogue de Bordeaux. Four different Dogues with four different skin requirements. Very professional diagnostic services, great plans easy to follow and if you're struggling to implement something, just say and together you will find a work around. I personally wouldn't use anyone else for my Dogues skin/ allergy requirements 😊
