  Vets themselves are great Jeff & the team 10/10 no problems whatsoever highly recommend. The receptionists however aren’t the best, I’ve been with this practice since my dogs were puppies 10+ years. The service from the receptionists/admin staff unfortunately is getting worse.I spend a lot of money here as my dog has regular medication plus flea & worming treatment. Everytime I phone up to order the medication or come in to pick it up, it’s like they really can’t be bothered serving you, miserable, monotoned, no friendly smiles, you ask a question & they can barely be bothered to answer, like your an inconvenience unfortunately. They gave me not enough medication last time then when I discovered it and rang them to query it then said oh we forgot to say we didn’t have enough. I dread ringing up to order it or pick it up more and more the past year or so. If friendly front of house service is what your looking for probably look elsewhere, if your not to fussy go for it. 100% lets the vets practice down.

  Thank you for acting so promptly on Saturday, fitting me in straight away and operating on my dog to relieve his discomfort. Everyone we dealt with was kind and considerate. Excellent service !

  Amazing service from Ark vets Northwich and Mobberly. Their care and attention to a much loved member of our family was paramount. They treated her like their own family. Discussed everything with us and we knew she was in the best hands, Thank you from Queenie Jackson and my human x

  Great practice - all the staff are kind and caring and my dog loves visiting them, especially when she gets a fuss and biscuit from the reception staff! We moved from a different vet where her health was mismanaged and she became extremely ill. I don't think my dog would still be here if I'd not taken her to Jeff and Andy. As it is, she's back to leaping around like a puppy!

  We’ve been with Ark Vets at Kingsmead for approximately 20 years, and despite moving out of the area, we’ve remained loyal because of the outstanding care they provide for our pets. Over the last 12 months or so our dog Daisy has been facing multiple complex health conditions and the support we have been receiving is exceptional. Andy and Jeff have been guiding us with patience, compassion, and expertise through some incredibly challenging times, ensuring the best possible care for her. The entire team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. We truly cannot recommend them highly enough for the dedication and care they show to both pets and owners alike.
