Myself, my partner and our cat Miko attended Salt House Vets for the first time today. Our experience was absolutely incredible and we have never met a vet as knowledgeable and compassionate as Vicki. We travelled 40 minutes to get here and it was worth every minute, we felt so calm and collected after our appointment and received answers to questions that were left unanswered by other vets. We can’t thank Vicki and the team enough, herself and the receptionists were so so lovely and this will now be our go-to vets. Highly recommend x

We have been with Vicky and the team since they opened. We're so glad that we changed to them. Nothing is too much trouble, no question too silly and no clock watching. Two weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to our much loved old boy. The care, compassion and humanity they showed will never be forgotten. A wonderful surgery.Thank you for supporting me through a terrible time.

Marley 2012-2025🐶 🐾 Amazing service from all staff, I have always used this vets for my dog , I have recently had to put him down due to him being in pain, going off his back legs , and many other factors he had gotten to the age of 13 and always been healthy until the last couple of months of his life , the staff were amazing , they answered any questions I had , they were very comforting even their tone of their voice was very settling , they go the extra mile to ensure your dog has the best send off one could have , they print 2 copies of your dogs paw prints , I chose to have my dog individually cremated , and they packaged his urn in a lovely box , with a card and some seeds to plant in honour of your dog , they really go that extra mile to make it personal for you and your family , would definitely recommend , I forgot to say the lady who did the euthanasia for my dog explained everything in detail and made sure you understood each step , she gave you plenty of time to say your goodbyes to your dog and even shared some of her past experiences which helped us to understand the process in better detail.

By far the best vets I've ever been to. They really cared for our beloved cocker spaniel Brandy in recent years, and last week when we had to have him put to sleep I just couldn't fault them. We were able to wait at the back in the car, come and go by the back door so we didn't have to wait in the waiting room, or be seen in tears by other people. They genuinely cared about our little guy, and the condolences card they sent out a couple of days later was really moving. Thank you all so much for everything you've done, we'll definitely be back when we're ready for another four legged friend.
