  We wanted to thank the Vets and Staff from both Chandlers ford and Boyatt wood who we recently have had to take our beautiful Cockapoo Teddy for treatment, sadly it all happened very quickly and Teddy was put to sleep on the 16th December, he was nearly 10 ,we are heartbroken, but thank everyone for the care for Teddy and the Vet who had to put him to sleep, she was very professional and kind, Thank you.

  I have to say the team at Boyatt Wood vets are first class, very polite, understanding, professional. Myself and my wife would highly recommend this vets.   Really good friendly vets. I take my rabbits for their health checks and vaccinations (and neutering surgery). The vets have always seemed genuinely caring and are good with small animals. When one of my rabbits passed away, I told the surgery to update their records and I later received a really thoughtful, handwritten, bereavement card in the post to show they care. It always seems to be busy with people and there's easy parking.

  Friendly, professional and efficient. I took my house cat for his first check up and to restart vaccinations after covid/moving house. Prices are reasonable and Tibbles was back to himself as soon as we got home. It was probably his least traumatic trip to the vets to date. Really glad we found this surgery and we recommend them. You won’t regret it.

  Fantastic team! After a slight hiccup with the registration, everything was sorted very fast, and my cat was booked in to have his surgery literally the next day. Amazing communication and great staff. The reception team was great, especially Nicki (sorry if I spelt the name wrong). I had a car accident on the day the cat was to be operated on and I got rebooked for the next day with no issues. The nurse was very caring and kind. The vet was also very thorough, there was no pressure to do any more treatment than was necessary. Overall, very happy with how we've been treated here. (Not sure how the cat feels about his balls though.) Besides that, I've even discovered a day later that they clipped the cat's claws. We will certainly be coming back here for any future treatment.
