Best vets we decided to move with. Our sweetheart cat Binky unfortunately passed away 2 days ago, but in her time she came here she received nothing but the best care. The receptionist ladies always lovely and particularly Ainee (Irish lady) who seen Binky over the years. Couldn't thank her enough for her compassion and help over the time we've been there, always felt listened to and always felt like she genuinely cared. I haven't got one bad word to say about this place. Thank you for everything ♥️

Such lovely kind reception staff for start. I have many rescued reptiles and Jochem has been my exotic vet for years. I have been many places and some very big names for the exotics, however I Jochem tops them all. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and does not rush you. He will sit and explain in full detail what is going on with your animal and try the best for them. Not making quick rash decisions that could be the end of their lives like other vets I have been too. I will only trust my exotics to Jochem and Vets4Pets have truly got themselves an amazing and caring vet. He needs to be definitely looked after, he’s one of a kind. Anyway, unfortunately I lost my leopard gecko last week and he passed away. I updated Jochem as he said to keep him in the know, that he had passed. Within a few days of letting the vets know, I received a sympathy card with hand written paragraphs offering their kind words. This was so kind of them and these little touches do make a big difference. It shows how much a company really does care about its customers and it’s not just about money. Thank you again. The Smart Family and the scale children.

Easy to book appointments and the vet was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. She treated my cats with care and gave me some advice on something I was worried about. She even talked about her own pets which was lovely to hear.

Been going here for past 3 months due to acquiring a new member to the family. The staff are excellent and always ready to help. We are new pet owners so this is all new to us but the staff here have been with us every step. We are happy we chose this place for our bundle of joy.
