I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.

Registered with them for 2+ years, but it has gotten to the point where there are too many negatives to give Vetcare a good review. Most (except one very glaring example of a vet) staff are lovely, Chad has gone out of his way to provide advice and support multiple times...but the lack of proper communication, regularly mixing up both my cats (or not reading their records) and at times feeling like we've been pressured into buying treatments...It's a shame but I can't recommend this practice any more.

Some reviews are extremely unfair, and some are just untrue. Please remember there are two sides to every story. The vast majority of our lovely clients and their pets are very happy indeed with the personable service we provide. As pet owners ourselves,we appreciate how much they are loved, and they are all treated with love and respect here, that is for sure. It is our job to care, and this we do naturally. Vetcare has been around for an awful long time,as have many of the long term staff at each site. It is an independent Practice unlike most these days, and that in itself makes it more personal. Also the review from Mike Hughes is not meant for Vetcare Bolton,as he didn't attend there.

Gordon did Surgery on my dog, 1 foot surgery that was done so perfectly and as healed amazing, and he not long after treated my dogs ear for a burst blood vessel. Its now healed and yet again another amazing job! I would not trust anybody else to do these producers on my dog! He truly is great, straight to the point, direct and clear. A credit to the industry! Thank you. 🙂
