Animal Trust in Bolton is the way forward. After being fleeced by my old vet ( big company)... I wish I had been with Animal Trust 10 years ago. I have just saved £1000 having the operation for my pooch with Animal Trust in Bolton. Thank you very much. They were amazing. Highly recommended. Jane B

My nearly 12 year old Doberman Dino currently suffers with arthritis affecting his rear quarters with it in his lower spine. Last week he presented as exceedingly week and seemed unable to raise his head above shoulder height - even with the offer of a sausage treat! Unheard of for this pooch. A call to the Animal Trust in Bolton and could be there in 30 minutes...Yes! They were fantastic. We saw the vet Maria within 5 minutes of our arrival and went over him with a fine tooth comb and assured us we were right to bring him in.... He's now on some anti inflammitories for a few days and we will check on how we proceed after that......We were listened to, advised of what to expect and that Dino's best interests were uppermost in his consultation. Thank you to the team at Bolton, from the receptionist taking our initial call from a very weepy owner our vet that day.... Thank you!

I’ve been with Animal Trust Bolton for many years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. My dog is always treated so well, and I’ve never had any issues. It’s great to have a vet who doesn’t charge for consultations, and the prices for treatments are very fair and reasonable, which is a refreshing change from other practices where costs are ridiculously high. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all my questions and make both me and my dog feel comfortable every visit. The new online booking system is brilliant, no more waiting on the phone. You can book appointments in advance or get same-day slots from 8:30 that day, which is incredibly convenient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My beautiful girl was spayed recently. She was looked after so well by the receptionists, nurses and vets. She got lots of cuddles and has always been super excited for a trip to the vets after her operation. They do great work here for affordable prices. She has recovered so fast from the surgery & it hasn’t slowed her down at all, she’s still a crazy girl! 💖

My English bulldog, Blanche woke up very poorly this morning. Our original vet diagnosed a growth in her ovary and quoted an outrageous £8000 for the surgery (a quote which seemed like it was written on the back of a cigarette packet) Seeking affordable alternatives I found Animal Trust and asked my original vet to send over her paperwork. My original vet attempted to refuse to do so, illegally and Animal Trust advised me on this on their webchat. Later on I became concerned further about Blanches health and called the Bolton branch. Even though the referal had not been processed yet they agreed to let me take her in as a out of hours case. I was much more reassured by the advice of the vet who I also learned was involved in an English bulldog rescue so felt much more confident in her advice. I also noted the vet prescribed appropriate medication which I don't believe the original vet did. Blanche has already perked up only 3 hours later. Kirsty the receptionist was lovely and very helpful and the vet who's name I didn't catch left us feeling very confident in blanches prognosis. The prices here are much more reasnoble than most private vets and I'm really happy so far. I look forward to continuing to use Animal Trust as blanche recovers. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all involved.
