  Blackwater Valley vets have always provided a brilliant service. It's easy to see someone in an emergency and their pricing is fair. Any vet I've seen ahs been compassionate and kind, especially George who is brilliantly knowledgeable with small pets. Overall a brilliant vets and would recommend to anyone locally looking for support for their pets

  I've been with Blackwater Valley Vets in Gordon Road Camberley for over 4 years. Staff have always been very friendly, helpful and professional. I took my long-haired cat for his annual check up last year and the vet took him and trimmed out some fur balls with his clippers, at no charge. I am very happy with the service, never encountered a problem and would recommended to anyone.

  My dad took his elderly cat here. He was told he had cancer in his tongue, the vet did a surgery and the cancer was removed. The vet said he was a violent cat (he's not) and handled him very roughly. The vet would not listen to my dad when he said the cat seems fine and is eating and purring. The vet said he won't eat and is hiding, even though my dad was saying the opposite. The vet kept saying he needs to be put down. My dad has just come back from an appointment at another vets who have treated the cat with respect, managed to examine him without being rough and said he's going to be okay.

  Such a wonderful team. Everyone at Gordon House has been amazing in caring for my cat, particularly Djordje. It has been a stressful few weeks with my cat's sudden health condition but he has had appointments with three vets at Gordon House - Martina, Vlada and Djordje - and all three have given him excellent care. Today, Djordje took the time to explain in detailed terms what his condition means and what our next steps should be, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the team at reception are wonderful. Every phonecall made to them is answered and handled with compassion and care. I trust this veterinary practice to have my cat's best interests at heart.
