Best Friends are absolutely wonderful Vets. Having just moved to the area I booked a first visit yesterday with my grumpy elderly dog.Excellent, helpful, kind service from my first phone call to attending and meeting the receptionist and then the wonderful lady vet who was so compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring! I cannot recommend this veterinary surgery enough! Definitely 5 stars!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Polite and very efficient. Our dog has had surgery twice the care has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. The receptionist is very helpful and will always assist you. Have used this veterinary surgery for all our previous dogs and was extremely happy with the care they received 😊

Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Parking is quite good. I have only seen two vets and they are lovely. Very kind to my dog and professional. They explain everything to me about my dog, so my understanding of his ongoing problems.

Best Friends Vet was recommended by my daughter as they said that they were a lovely group for her animals - couldn’t ask for a better reception. Our puppy is the first in 11 years and so far the Best Friend Vet have given an excellent service.

My dog Rosie aged 5 is registered with Best Friends vet’s in Shenfield and she loves her trips to the vet’s, wags her tail and gets excited when we go for her check ups etc as they have always made such a fuss of her and welcomed her to the practice since she was a puppy. The vets and staff are very caring and I highly recommend this practice.
