Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff and support staff. Veterinarian took time with me and Pip, identified her issue, explained different options and and offered a reasonable, cost-effective approach. Very happy with this clinic.

my dog would be dead if i’d have listened to them, and they also don’t like being called out for predatory behaviour. will happily see your pet and tell you to just give them a ring for meds, but then when you do they want another 65 consultation fee and to see the animal again unless you demand to speak to vet. have been reported and funnily enough the people at the RVC knew all about them already!

Amazing, friendly, kind and helpful staff. Making my dog Rogue feel at ease at every appointment. Makes a bug fuss over her which she loves. Always there for advice when required. I personally wouldn't use another vets.

Woke up this morning and my old staffie was covered in hives. Arrived at Bay vets at 9.00am. My dog was seen nearly straight away Very friendly and efficient staff. Everything was explained well and the vet was excellent with my stressed out dog. Thank you all very much.
