This vets should be avoided, they also run Timperley vets. They are false with their caring approach to the customer, completely money orientated and not as skilled as one would expect. They rang me to offer a completely pointless operation to empty my dieing cats bowels and twice refused to euthanize him when he was clearly suffering. He had banged his head, was disoriantated but had never fitted. I've since been told he might have slowly recovered with the correct care but I trusted them and continued to pay their high prices for meds that made him dopey and afraid along with numerous appointment fees. I now go to another vets. In the end they allowed me to have him put down but by then he had suffered so much with incorrect treatment.

Although he couldn't be saved as he had been knocked down, early yesterday morning, after calling in in an emergency you guys took over and went to aid him straight away, and did everything you could !! God bless you all. Many thanks Paula Griffin and family

Very nice atmosphere, friendly secretary and helpful doctor. They were the only ones in the area who agreed to adopt my cat, thank you very much for your help.

First time at this veterinary surgery with an RSPCA foster cat. The staff are really friendly and obviously love their jobs. The visit was a real pleasure.
