Took my kitten here this morning for her first visit as I suspected she had a hernia . After having used a different vets in the past I can say the experience at ayres is beyond different . The staff are lovely , the vet I saw today was so lovely with my kitten , so gentle and could tell she has a true love for animals . I have both of my cats registered at this vets. After using my previous vet I get really anxious for vet visits but having gone today on my own I'm more than happy taking the cats on my own now. They were very helpful and even give me advise on how to go forward with treatment on my kitten and talked me through the costs so we can be prepared which I feel a lot of vets forget about the emotional & financial stress that comes with vet visits. I now know I've chosen the best vets for my fur babies .

Just joined Ayres with my new puppy. A different vet experience to our last as it's a big multi location practice. Have been twice so far. Lovely reception staff. I've seen a different vet each time but professional and very caring. Pet scheme seems good value. Good locations.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and very socialible and also a credit to the service. I will probably be back with our friends dogs Bailey (Cockapoo) and look forward to getting on the scales again to have my wait checked again. All the best Alan Boyle

My first proper visit after registering with this vet practice for our new dog. For various reasons didn't want to stay with practice we had previously used. Both on the phone and in the surgery the staff are friendly, polite, pleasent and helpful. The vet himself was great. Efficient and thorough, thank you.

I love this vetinary practice. Great advice about treatments (no unnecessary drugs or investigations) and reminders for my dog's routine medication. The staff are friendly and helpful and clearly love animals. I've already recommended the group to all my friends in the area.
